Service Description:

We provide road trip planning services, including route planning, accommodation booking, vehicle rental assistance, and travel support.

Booking and Payment:

• All bookings require a deposit

• Full payment is due 30 days before trip departure

• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations 60+ days before departure: 90% refund

• Cancellations 30-59 days before: 50% refund

• Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund

Liability:

Scenic Symphonies is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, or third-party service provider issues.

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States.
